Quick and easy low carb Parmesan Pork Chops that make an easy dinner and also freeze great for later use.
I have been making these simple Parmesan Pork Chops for years, inspired by a dish my mother used to make. Her version included breadcrumbs and an obscene amount of oil, but I have found I like this baked version using all Parmesan cheese even better. The cheese creates a yummy crunch on the outside that pairs with the lemon and Italian seasoning perfectly. I like to serve mine with a big salad with a mound of garlic mashed cauliflower. It's also delicious with these Baked Parmesan Tomatoes and a bed of Creamy Ricotta Spaghetti Squash.

- 1.33 lbs. lean boneless center cut pork chops, trimmed
- 2 U egg whites, whisked
- 2/3 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper
- 1 U lemon

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Season the pork with salt and pepper. Combine the Parmesan and Italian seasoning.
Dip the pork in the egg whites and then into the Parmesan mixture. Place on a prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until fully cooked and browned.
