Cilantro Lime Chicken

- 1.33 lb boneless skinless chicken breast cut into strips
- 1/2 cup cilantro
- 3 U cloves garlic
- 3 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper

In a food processor, pulse the cilantro, garlic, lime juice, honey, and olive oil.
Add to a ziploc bag and marinate for at least 4 hours in the fridge, ideally overnight.
When ready to cook, add the chicken to a hot skillet sprayed with cooking spray. Cook for about 5 minute per side or until no longer pink. This is also delicious grilled.
