Broiled Flank Steak

Preheat the broiler. Slice thinly against the grain.
Squeeze the lemon/lime juice over the steak and sprinkle with grill seasoning. Let rest for 15 minutes.
Place on a broiler pan (or baking sheet with wire rack on top) and cook for 4-5 minutes per side for medium. Let rest for five minutes.
To grill: Cook for about 4 minutes per side for medium rare.
