It pains me to say that currently I am the only one at home who eats shrimp. My husband doesn't eat any seafood and we haven't introduced shellfish yet to our little one. However when a recipe is as easy and delicious as this one, I have no problem cooking for one. Plus I usually make enough for at least two servings since the leftovers are so good.
The key to this recipe really comes in the simple stove-top lemon garlic sauce that the shrimp are coated with. Garlic is cooked in butter and finished with lemon juice and parsley. Then once the shrimp come off the grill, they are brushed with all the garlicky, buttery goodness.
