Pork tenderloin is an often overlooked lean protein source that can be a terrific addition to your weekly meals, especially if you are getting tired of chicken breast. It's not only low in fat and calories, it is also easy and quick to cook which makes it great for quick and easy meals. Today's recipe for sweet and spicy pork combines a hint of brown sugar with some chili powder and other spices to make a sweet and spicy crust. Then it's quickly grilled or broiled until just cooked through. Try not to overcook the pork because it can dry out very quickly.
