Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Cut the Brussels sprouts in halves or quarters. Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Place on a prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Roast for 20-25 minutes until cooked through and browned. Shake the baking dish 1-2 times during cooking.
