Banana Chocolate Chip Pancakes

- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/16 tsp cinnamon
- 2 U bananas, mashed
- 1 cup nonfat milk
- 1 U egg
- 2 U egg whites
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- cooking spray
In a large bowl mix together both flours, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
In another bowl, stir together the mashed bananas, milk, egg, egg whites, coconut oil, and vanilla in a bowl.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Heat a griddle (or skillet) over medium low heat. Spray with cooking spray. Add about 1/4 cup for each pancake and flip once the air bubble begin popping and the pancake is nicely browned.
