Simple Garlic Roasted Potatoes

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Wash the potatoes and chop them. The smaller you chop the potatoes, the quicker they will cook.
Toss the potatoes with the olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Spread out the potatoes on a baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Make sure they are in one layer. Spray with a bit more cooking spray on top.
Roast for 45-60 minutes until crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Toss the potatoes 2 times during cooking.
