Seventeen Healthy Sheet Pan Dinners that make dinner a breeze! There is nothing better than a meal with a minimal clean-up and nutritious ingredients that the whole family loves.

Healthy Sheet Pan Dinners may just be my favorite type of recipe. There's nothing better than being able to cook everything on one sheet pan and have virtually no cleanup afterward. Plus, usually, they are ready in under 30 minutes!

When busy weeknights strike, you can almost always count on my grabbing a sheet pan and tossing together a one-dish meal. As long as you choose items that cook at similar temperatures and in a similar amount of time, there are so many options for building healthy sheet pan meals.

Simply grab one or more of your favorite vegetables, add a protein, and then choose a delicious spice blend or sauce. Toss it in the oven, and dinner is ready.

These are some of my favorite sheet pan dinners. What are yours?

1. Roasted Balsamic Chicken Thighs and Vegetables is made with just a few simple ingredients - carrots, red onions, mushrooms, bell peppers, tomatoes, and juicy chicken thighs tossed with balsamic vinegar and an easy spice blend. It's packed with flavor, affordable, and can be made with any combo of veggies you like.

2. One Pan Roasted Salmon, Sweet Potatoes, and Asparagus makes dinner a breeze with salmon (or another favorite protein), sweet potatoes, asparagus, and the most delicious mustard sauce. It feels like a restaurant dinner but is secretly an easy sheet pan meal.

3. Sheet Pan Thai Cashew Chicken and Vegetables is a spin on Thai Cashew Chicken that is all made on a single sheet pan with a sauce you will be licking off the plate. This was one of our family's favorite meals last year and packed with so much delicious flavor.

4. Sheet Pan Asian Chicken and Vegetable Stir Fry is easiest way to make a stir fry without having to stand by the stove. It has a rich homemade stir fry sauce, tons of fresh veggies, and tender chicken breast. Make it sweet or spicy and serve it with steamed rice or quinoa for a quick dinner.

5. Sheet Pan Chicken Parmesan is a healthier twist on a classic Italian meal that your whole family will love. This sheet pan chicken parm recipe is easy to make and even includes your veggies.

6. Roasted Chicken, Potatoes, and Broccoli is a classic meal made so much easier since it is all cooked together on a single sheet pan. Cooked in a combination of butter, garlic, and Italian seasoning, this chicken comes out perfectly tender, and the potatoes are super crispy. We like it with broccoli but you can swap in any vegetable you like.

7. One Pan Chicken Sausages, Sweet Potatoes, and Green Beans is truly a build-your-own meal. Just grab your favorite chicken sausages, any type of potato, and a quick cooking vegetable, and dinner can be ready in under 30 minutes.

9. Sheet Pan Pork Chops, Potatoes, and Green Beans is an easy roasted pork dish that everyone enjoys. Use bone-in or boneless pork chops, baby potatoes, and green beans or another veggie you like. Add your favorite seasoning blend (we love the one from the recipe) and dinner is done!

Tips for Minimal Clean Up

One of the benefits of sheet pan dinners is not having to clean up a million pots and pans, but you can still be stuck with a sticky sheet pan if you don't prep ahead.

  • Foil or parchment paper: For the easiest clean up, cover your baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper before cooking. When you use foil, make sure to lightly spray it with cooking spray or brush it with olive oil.
  • Grab prepped vegetables: To really speed things up, look for prepped sliced vegetables in the produce department or salad bar.  Chopping can take a long time, and grabbing ready-to-go veggies saves tons of time.
  • Easy sides: Instead of dirtying up the kitchen making side dishes, reach for easy sides like microwave/frozen rice, canned beans, precooked quinoa, or bagged salads to keep things simple.
