- 1 U Flatout light wrap
- 1 U tomato, sliced thin
- 1 tsp oregano
- 3 tbsp basil, torn
- 1/2 cup part skim shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Place the low carb wrap on a cookie sheet and bake for 2-3 minutes until just beginning to crisp.
Remove from oven and cover the pizza crust with the thinly sliced tomatoes. Sprinkle with oregano, basil leaves, and cheese.
Return to oven and bake for around 6 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Remove and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
