At the top of the daily planner, the total calories for that day as well as the calories consumed are available. For those who prefer to plan their meals in the daily planner rather than the weekly planner, this information helps to plan meals that work with your daily calorie goals.
The individual meal and snack boxes indicate the recipes and items planned for each meal. You can click on the checkmark to indicate that a meal was consumed and track the calories. Additionally, if you click on the meal title (i.e. Breakfast), you add or remove recipes and items. You can also use the "X" to quickly eliminate a recipe or item from the plan. The servings are also shown for that meal. To change the number of servings, go to the Settings.

"Love, Love It. This week my husband is out of town. So I went back to week 1. I have had the Korean Beef Tacos every night. Amazing. And love the slaw for the top. So glad I bought the Meal Plan. Haha, I even sent my husband a picture of the tacos to tell him how good they are."Christi
