I love overnight oats so I am always looking for ways to mix things up. Lately I have been combining my love of overnight oats with my love of chia seed pudding for a magical chia at combination. I find this keeps me full a bit longer than just oats along and personally I love the texture of the chia. Usually I top mine with some chopped nuts and sliced banana.

  • 2 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 tbsp. honey (maple syrup, agave, or 1 Stevia packet)
