Favorite healthy meal
As a vegetarian, I enjoy a robust salad with lots of extras that might include leftover or pickled veggies, feta cheese, artichoke hearts or whatever else is in the fridge. Then just add a little extra virgin olive oil and some good vinegar.

Something savory . . . My favorite weekend breakfast includes an egg over easy and veggie sausages.
