  • 1.25 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast tenderloins
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour (or white whole wheat)
  • 1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Step 1 Preheat air fryer to 375 degrees F. Clean and trim chicken if necessary

Step 2 Set up your breading station. Place the flour on a plate. Add the beaten eggs to a shallow plate or dish. Then add the seasoned breadcrumbs, Panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, seasoned salt, and pepper to a plate. Mix with a fork. Add the beaten eggs to a shallow plate or dish.
