What you need:

  • 1.5 lbs salmon (large piece)
  • Cooking spray (or olive oil)
  • 1.5 tsp. ancho chili powder (chipotle chili powder)
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1/4 tsp coriander
  • 2 cups coleslaw mix
  • 1 small avocado
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 3 tbsp. lime juice (or more)
  • 1/2 tsp. cumin
  • Salt and pepper

Step 1 Combine ancho chili powder, kosher salt, paprika, oregano, and coriander.
