Easy to make, delicious Crockpot Turkey Chili with ground turkey, pinto beans, and kidney beans. Full of all the classic chili flavor but lightened up with ground turkey.
Step 1
Heat the olive oil over medium high heat in a heavy pan. Add the onions, carrots, and celery. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring as needed, until onions are tender.
Step 4
Add this mixture to the slow cooker. Add the tomatoes, kidney beans, pinto beans, tomato sauce, and beef broth. Cook on low for at least 4 hours.
