  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1.5 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder (or 2 cloves minced fresh garlic)
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1 Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Toss together the mushrooms, butter, olive oil, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Make sure everything is well coated.
