              Ingredients
              
                - 4 ripe peaches, divided
 - 2 cups nonfat Greek yogurt (or full fat for more creaminess)
 - 1/4 cup honey

              Step 1
              
                Cut 3 of the peaches in half and slice into wide wedges. Add peach wedges and 1 tbsp honey to blender and blend till smooth to make peach purée. No need to peel peaches. (Add 1 tbsp water here if needed for easier blending).

              Step 2
              
                In a small bowl, combine yogurt, 2 tbsp of peach purée, and the remaining 3 tbsp of honey to make flavored yogurt

              Step 3
              
                Slice the remaining peach into thin wedges. Filling options: 1. Put in the peach slices and peach puree. Then fill up with flavored yogurt. 2. Put peach purée first and fill up with flavored yogurt and peach slices. 3. Make 3 layers alternating with peach purée, peach slices, and yogurt. Or get creative! For an easier mixture, stir together the yogurt, peach puree, and peach slices and simply pour into molds.

              Step 4
              
                Freeze for at least 6 hours (preferably overnight). To serve, run the popsicle mold under warm water for 5-10 seconds to easily remove the popsicles
