Ham and Cheese Frittata with Broccoli Recipe

Thsi delicious ham and cheese frittata is ready in less than 30 minutes and packed with lean ham, cheddar cheese, and broccoli! Delicious for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

List of Ingredients:

  • 9 eggs
  • 1/2 cup skim milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup boneless lean ham, diced
  • 2 cups cooked broccoli, diced
  • 2 green onions, diced
  • 3/4 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper

1 Preheat the oven to 375. Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. If you like a little spice, add a dash of hot sauce.

2 Spray an 8 X 8 glass baking dish or pie plate with cooking spray. You can also use a cast-iron skillet. Spread the broccoli, ham, and cheese on the bottom of the pan.

3 Pour the eggs over top. Sprinkle with a little extra parmesan cheese if desired.

4 Bake for 20-25 minutes until eggs are set and fully cooked. Edges should be slightly browned.
