Balsamic Marinade for Grilled Vegetables

- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp honey (or maple syrup, optional)
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt (more to taste)
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Add all of the ingredients to a bowl or mason jar. Stir or whisk well to combine.
Toss with vegetables after they come off the grill. Let the vegetables rest in the marinade for 5 minutes or more.
