Let's Make Baked Parmesan Tomatoes

This easy 15-minute side dish couldn't be more delicious. Tender oven-roasted tomatoes covered with Parmesan cheese and herbs.

  • 4 tomatoes, halved horizontally
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp. fresh oregano, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 4 tsp. olive oil

Step 1 Preheat oven to 450. Toss together the Parmesan, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Place the tomatoes cut-side up on a baking sheet (covered with foil for easier clean up). Top with Parmesan mixture. Drizzle with olive oil.
