In your head your already taking a couple of steps back, but stay with me, I promise the result tastes nothing like tofu and is a great way to start your day. The tofu in this recipe does two magical things. First, it packs the shake with protein that will keep you full all morning and is a great way to refuel after a workout. Secondly, it makes the shake smooth and silky, almost pudding like. Other than that, it just hides out in the background. And no one would judge you if you put a dollop of whipped cream on top, mix in some coffee, or drop in some strawberries.
