Two Ingredient Pizza Dough

What you need:

  • 1.25 cups self rising flour
  • 1 cup non fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 1/4 cup tomato sauce
  • 2/3 cup part skim shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pizza toppings (or more to taste)

Step 1 To make the two ingredient dough: In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and yogurt, stirring until they are well combined. If the mixture is too sticky, add a tablespoon of additional flour and continue to mix. Repeat as necessary until the mixture becomes a workable ball of dough. Remove the dough from the bowl and knead on a lightly floured surface, until the dough is smooth.

Step 2 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Prepare the dough. Roll the dough into a flat round circle, about 12 inches wide. Cover evenly with the sauce and sprinkle with garlic salt and dried basil. Add the shredded cheese and any toppings you are using.

Step 3 Bake for 18-20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and cooked through. Season to taste, slice and serve. Makes 1- 12 inch pizza.
