  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. basil
  • 1 tsp. vegetable oil
  • 4 reduced calorie hamburger buns
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1 cucumber, sliced

Step 1 Pulse the fish in a food processor until just chopped.
