Step 1
Heat the sesame oil over medium high heat in a large skillet. Add the ground pork, salt, and pepper. Cook for 7-9 minutes, breaking it up as it cooks, until cooked through.

Add the garlic and ginger and stir. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Add the coleslaw mix, edamame, and sweet chili sauce. Cook for 3-5 minutes until the cabbage has softened, but it still has some texture. Taste and season as needed.
Step 3
Assemble bowls with cooked rice and ground pork and cabbage mixture. Top with sliced green onions, basil, cilantro, and any other toppings you like.
