Optional sauce: Combine 1 tablespoon of cornstarch and 1 tablespoon of cold water. Pour the cooking liquids from the slow cooker into a small pot. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes. Add the cornstarch slurry and cook for 1 minute. Serve over turkey.
