Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce (or coconut aminos)
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds

Step 1 Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Toss the broccoli with the sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and black pepper. Lay flat on a baking sheet. Cover the baking sheet with foil for easier clean up.
