List of Ingredients:

  • 4 cups shelled edamame
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • Salt and black pepper

1 Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Toss the edamame with olive, garlic, onion powder, cheese, salt, and pepper.

2 Spread out on a single layer on a baking sheet.

3 Roast for 20 minutes, shaking the pan or flipping the edamame after 10 minutes. The edamame should be golden brown.
