Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

- 3/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 ripe bananas, frozen (or add ice to the smoothie)
- 2 dates, pits removed
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Add all ingredients to the blender. Blend until smooth. taste and adjust seasoning as needed. If the bananas you are using aren't frozen, add some ice to the smoothie so it is nice and cold.
Taste and adjust the sweetness if needed by adding additional fruit or a sweetener of choice.
