  • 1.33 lbs. raw wild salmon
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. fresh dill (or half the amount dried)
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lb sweet potatoes
  • 1 lb asparagus
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Step 1Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Mix together the lemon juice, mustard, dill, half the garlic, and oregano.
