List of Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup reduced sodium soy sauce (GF if needed)
  • 2 tbsp. brown sugar (or honey, agave, Stevia to taste)
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp. Asian garlic chili paste (like gochijang, sambal olek, or Sriracha, more to taste)
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, minced
  • 1.33 lbs. 95% lean ground beef
  • 1 head butter lettuce
  • 2 tbsp sliced green onions
  • 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

1 Mix together the soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, chili paste, garlic, and ginger.
