What you need:

  • 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce (GF if needed, or coconut aminos)
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • 1 tsp. sesame oil
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1.33 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1 tbsp. vegetable oil (or safflower oil)

Step 1 Mix together the soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, green onions, and garlic. Add the chicken and marinate for 30 minutes or more. Marinate overnight for the most flavor.
