Ingredients

  • 1 orange, juice
  • 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 1.5 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (or other neutral oil)
  • 1.33 lbs shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1.5 cups sugar snap peas
  • 1.5 cups asparagus
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Step 1 Mix together the orange juice, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, cornstarch, and red pepper flakes (if using) to make the stir fry sauce. Set aside.
