Ingredients

  • 8 oz light cream cheese
  • 8 oz plain nonfat Greek yogurt (or light sour cream)
  • 3 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 2 cups canned refried beans
  • 1 cup chunky salsa (or pico de gallo, drained)
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved or quartered
  • 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1 jalapeno, sliced

Step 1 Use a hand mixer or blender to combine the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and taco seasoning. Blend until smooth and creamy. You can also do this by hand, just make sure to soften the cream cheese first. Spread this in the bottom of a large bowl, serving dish, or square glass baking dish.
