  • 1/3 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp. water
  • 3 tbsp honey (or brown sugar)
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. fresh ginger, minced
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 tsp. cornstarch
