Healthy Balsamic Vinaigrette

A lightened up version of classic Balsamic Vinaigrette that tastes amazing on salads, as a marinade, drizzled over veggies, and more.

What you need:

  • 1/3 cup low sodium chicken broth (or vegetable)
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil

Step 1 Whisk together broth, balsamic vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Step 2 Slowly pour in olive oil, whisking continuously until dressing is completely emulsified

Step 3 Taste and season with salt and pepper. Pour into jar, seal and store in refrigerator. Serve over salad, grilled vegetables or meat . Shake well before serving
