  • 1/3 cup low sodium chicken broth (or vegetable)
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil

Step 1Whisk together broth, balsamic vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Step 2Slowly pour in olive oil, whisking continuously until dressing is completely emulsified
