  • 2 lbs turkey breast tenderloins
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp whole grain mustard
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp dried rosemary (or thyme or sage)
  • 1/8 tsp allspice

Let's Watch Grilled Turkey Breast Tenderloin

Step 1 Combine the maple syrup, olive oil, Dijon mustard, grainy mustard, balsamic vinegar, rosemary, salt, and allspice in a bowl.

Step 2 Add the turkey and marinade to a ziploc bag. Marinate the turkey tenderloins in the maple mustard mixture for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight.

Step 3 Preheat the grill over medium high heat. Make sure the grill grates are clean and oiled if needed. Cook for 6-8 minutes per side (depending on thickness) until the internal temperature reaches 155 degrees.

Step 4 Remove the turkey tenderloins from the grill and let them rest for about 10 minutes, tented with foil. The internal temperature will rise to 165 degrees during this time. Slice and drizzle with extra marinade, if desired.
