  • 1 tbsp steak seasoning (any kind of grill seasoning, ideally pepper based)

Let's Watch Grilled Cabbage

Step 1 Preheat the grill over medium high heat. Cut off a small piece from the bottom (root) end of the cabbage, being careful not to cut off too much of the root so the cabbage holds together. Place it on a cutting board sitting up, so that the flat end is on the cutting board. Cut top to bottom into 3/4- to 1-inch thick slices to create the steaks.

Step 2 Brush with olive oil and season with steak seasoning.

Step 3 Place on the grill. Grill for 5-6 minutes on the first side. Then flip and cook for 2-3 minutes on the second side until it is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
