List of Ingredients:

  • 1 lb broccolini (2 bunches)
  • 1.5 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and black pepper (kosher or sea salt is best)
  • 1 lemon (for serving)

1 Prepare the broccolini by cutting off the ends of the stem, about 1/2 inch from the bottom. Remove any leaves. Cut larger stalks in half lengthwise.

2 Toss the broccolini with olive oil, vinegar, garlic, salt, and pepper.

3 Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Place the broccolini directly on the grill. Cook for 7-9 minutes, flipping as it chars. Serve with fresh lemon juice
