  • 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/3 cup almond meal
  • 3/4 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp olive oil

Step 1 Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Stir the thyme, salt, and pepper into the mustard.
