  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt

Step 1Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Spray an 8 by 8 pan with cooking spray or cover with parchment paper. Mash the bananas using a fork in a large bowl.
