This crispy, sweet and spicy, Baked Bang Bang Cauliflower is the perfect appetizer or vegetarian main dish. Easy to make and better than takeout!

  • 1 cauliflower
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 5 tbsp. light mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp. sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tsp. Sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • 1 lime, juice only
  • Salt and pepper

Step 1 Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Toss the cauliflower in egg whites and then toss with Panko breadcrumbs.

Step 2 Place on a baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Bake for 20-25 minutes.

Step 3 Meanwhile, make the sauce by mixing together the mayonnaise, chili sauce, Sriracha, and lime juice.

Step 4 Remove the cauliflower from the oven and toss with sauce.

Step 5 Turn the oven up to 500 degrees. Place the cauliflower back on the pan and cook for 3-5 minutes until crispy and browned.
