  • 1 lb sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into thin fries (¼ inch wide)
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1.5 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper

Step 1 Add the cut potatoes into a large bowl of cold water. Let sit for at least 30 minutes. Drain the fries and dry very well with a towel.

Step 2 Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Toss the sweet potato fries with the cornstarch to coat well.
