These easy 5 minute Turkey BLT Wraps make an easy lunch or dinner. All the classic BLT flavors with deli turkey, avocado, and veggies.

  • 1 low carb tortilla (or whole wheat)
  • 1 tbsp low fat mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 oz deli turkey
  • 2 slices cooked turkey bacon
  • 1/4 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 tomato, sliced
  • 1/4 cup cucumber, sliced
  • 1/4 cup lettuce
  • 2 tbsp sprouts

Step 1 Mix together the mayo and mustard. Spread onto the tortilla.
