- 4.5 cups strawberries, chopped (~2 lbs strawberries)
- 3/4 cup water
- 3 tbsp honey (more or less depending on sweetness of strawberries)
Add chopped strawberries, water, and honey to a blender. Blend until desired texture is reached, you could leave some bits of strawberry.
Pour mixture into the popsicle molds and insert the popsicle sticks. Freeze for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.
To serve, run popsicle mold under warm water for a few seconds to easily remove the popsicles
