This baked oatmeal makes a delicious breakfast or snack packed with bananas, strawberries, and chocolate chips! Tastes like dessert but healthy enough for breakfast.
Step 1Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Spray an 8 X 8 baking pan with cooking spray or parchment paper. In a large bowl mix together the oatmeal, almond milk, eggs, maple syrup, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
Step 2Fold in half of the strawberries and bananas. Pour this oatmeal mixture into the baking dish. Spread the remaining strawberries, and banana slices on top. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
