These Spicy Grilled Shrimp are smoky, zesty, and grilled to smoky goodness in just 10 minutes. The perfect quick meal that's packed with flavor and spice!
Step 1
In a bowl, combine the chipotle peppers, mayonnaise, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. If you like sweet and spicy, add 1 tbsp of honey to the marinade as well.
Step 3
When ready to grill, heat the grill over medium high heat. Grill for 2-3 minutes on each side until the shrimp is opaque and cooked through. Be careful not to overcook, usually my shrimp only needs 2 minutes on the first side and one minute on the second. We love to serve this with creamy coleslaw, lime cream (recipe below), and/or mango salsa.
