These incredible easy jalapeno chicken tacos will be your new favorite! Made with just a few easy ingredients in the slow cooker and served with an amazing creamy cilantro lime sauce.

List of Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 8 oz. canned jalapenos (and liquid)
  • 2 tsp. cumin
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. coriander
  • 12 corn tortillas
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup reduced fat cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup canned jalapenos (or more)
  • 1/4 cup cilantro

1 Add the chicken, jalapenos and liquid, and spices to the slow cooker. Cook on low for 4 hours. Shred with two forks.

2 Meanwhile, make the sauce by adding the cream cheese, yogurt, jalapenos, and cilantro to the food processor. Season with salt and pepper. Pulse until well blended.
