What you need:

  • 2 lbs Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze (optional)

Step 1 Add the Brussels sprouts to the slow cooker and toss with olive oil, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.

Step 2 Cook on high for 1-2 hours until tender or low for 3-4 hours. The Brussels sprouts are done when they are tender but not mushy.

Step 3 Taste and season as needed. Top with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and balsamic glaze.
